Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Accountr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Accountr on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Use of the Service
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Accountr for your business's internal invoicing, stock, treasury, and payroll needs. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the service without our written consent
- Upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable law
Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Plans
Accountr offers a free trial and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions may not be available on your account yet if online payment has not been enabled.
Payment
When online payment is enabled, paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Accountr if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@accountr.tn.
